All in stock shoe returns must be made in 75 days, NO Exceptions. After 75 days it is considered a Final Sale. All special order and custom made shoes are not returnable or exchangeable, All sales are final.

Credits and Returns
For shortages or shipping errors: Please notify us within 10 days of invoice date. Please provide your company name and invoice number. Discontinued items, Special Order, or Custom made shoes are not returnable or exchangeable, All sales are final.

All BODYWEAR and LEGWEAR sales are final.
Bodywear and Legwear are considered intimate apparel and due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges. For defective merchandise, please contact us so we can determine the proper steps in solving the problem.

As a wholesale business, we aim to provide a return service that is totally hassle-free for you!
2 Easy Steps to Return:
1. Pack and secure your shoes and other items in their original packaging.
2. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided and you're set! *The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility. Once we've received your package and the items have been checked we will process your refund. A refund can only be processed to the original payment method received. We will refund you for the original item cost within 7 business days once your package arrives to our facility. Please note that after the refund has been processed, your banking institution will usually take 3-5 business days to process and post this transaction to your account. Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packaging and all of its contents (if applicable). All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. All exchanges are final. All exchange options are NOT available for international customers.
