MINNESOTA LOCAL PICKUP
All LOCAL PICKUP orders will be available for pickup as soon as possible. An exception will be for customers who place custom orders. Once you have placed your order, you have 15 days to pick-up your order. If your order is not picked up within 15 days the item(s) will be released and your account will be credited. Our local pickup facility is open 5 days a week from 9:30am – 3:00pm (holiday hours may apply). We are located at: 2260 Terminal Road Roseville, MN 55113

Back Orders
Any item not in stock will be placed on back order. Unless otherwise specified, your back order will be consolidated with other open orders.


SHIPPING INFORMATION
All shipments with multiple items are packed in cardboard boxes. All orders placed before 3:00pm CST will be shipped out within 2-3 business days following verification and credit authorization. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is been input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing or shipping information is not up to date, contact us immediately. All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 3:00pm CST. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day unless it is a large order.


 IN STOCK SERVICE
It is our policy to ship your order within 48 hours if in stock. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. For invoices totaling less than $400.00, customers will be charged exact Speedee and FedEx shipping charges. Ground shipping is free for invoices totaling more than $400.00. Priority and overnight shipping is available at an additional cost.
PO BOXES
We do not ship to PO boxes.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All packages are shipped with Speedee or FedEx.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders shipped by FedEx provided we have your email address. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Signature may be required at the time of delivery. A $15 return shipment fee may be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most international countries via FedEx. Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of billing. Transit time varies from 5 – 10 business days depending upon what option you select. Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Fair, Inc. cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. The Fair, Inc. is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
